Impressionism; Is a style or movement in painting which originated in France in the 1860s, characterized by a concern with depicting the visual impression of the moment, especially in terms of the shifting effect of light and colour.
A literary or artistic style that seeks to capture a feeling or experience rather than to achieve accurate depiction.
”At a young age I was always drawing and had a practical creative style and intelligence but it wasn’t to a later age of 19 did start to paint with oils as previously to that I favoured sketching and chalk works”.
”It wasn’t long until I adapted my skills with a paint brush and showed promise with a couple of oil paintings I created on MDF wood of sky scape . I then later re-created my first two oil paintings on to canvas”.
